Customer controls
Signed-in customers can download their stored data, revoke sessions and request account deletion. Local deletion anonymises the profile while retaining de-identified order records.
Security and retention
Passwords use Argon2id hashes. Staff access is permission-controlled and sensitive actions are audited. Final retention periods and processor details must be approved before launch.
